What, genuinely, is the steelman argument for my employer requiring every member of staff to watch a four hour PowerPoint about sexual harassment every year.
Presumably there is a person in some sort of decision-making role who believes this is a good idea, I just can’t picture who that person is or why they think that.

I would assume theres some kind of legal liability thing at play?
Sure but like. There must have been a person who felt imposing that liability was a good idea.
So they have something to point to and say they tried to discourage it when it inevitably happens : /
